Violent Running Tribe s13

I don't really have much to say. This car is amazing. I love it. There.

I went to JCCS today so I'll be posting up pictures from that later.

S-Chassis meet @ K-1 Speed Anaheim

I'm visiting my brother in Costa Mesa again. There was a lot going on last weekend but I wasn't able to get the time of so I was pretty bummed about that. I figured that drift events/car meets are only perks, the reason I was visiting was to see my brother and have a good time in the nice weather so I decided that this weekend would work.

I hopped on Zilvia last night to see if there was anything going on this weekend. I found an s-chassis meet that wasn't too far away so my brother and I figured we would stop by.

My brother's roommate was picking up a car for his sister and she lives in Florida so he asked me to go along and check it out. She picked out a manual Subaru Forester XT. Not a bad choice. As expected with any 2007 Subaru, it was flawless. The reason I'm writing about this is Jared and I were a little late to the meet so we didn't have much time to browse around. We did one sweep of the lot as the awards were being given and then we left. Here are a few shots I took:

The heartbreaker 610. This car ties my favorite car at the show with a car that will be posted later. This makes me want to follow through with my idea of a miata on longchamps for a daily.

My brother really liked this vert. I can't blame him.

This guy was already pulling away as we were coming around to the back of the lot. I really like the look of this white hatch on purple SA03's.

This hatch works for me. The picture kind of makes it look weird, but it's very clean.

Anyways, a few more pictures from this event will be posted and I'm going to try to make it to JCCS tomorrow.

BoiseDrift - Demo Day Teaser by InSepsis

So over the weekend, we trailered Josh's car and our friend Dan's Miata out to Magic Valley Speedway in Twin Falls, ID. It's about a 2 hour drive, so not that bad. The staff was very welcoming and is very excited about BoiseDrift.

The first half of the day we had the track to ourselves. In the first five minutes, Josh bent an inner tie rod. We bent it back. About an hour or two later, as you can see in the video, he had more trouble. He ended up blowing his ignition fuse. We put the "anti-skid" fuse in it's place and that worked fine.

After that we went into town for some pizza. When we came back, the drivers for that night's races had already showed up. We felt pretty V.I.P. Our cars were in the first slots and we all received free admission and pit passes. During intermission, we put on a demo for the crowd. They were loving it. It was a great weekend and a huge milestone for BoiseDrift.

Expect big news soon

C's Garage

C's Garage has two of the best s chassis' I've seen to date. Especially since there's a 1J in Joel's Onevia now and Adam's 180sx is the definition of perfect.

Roof Spoiler

Derek had this originally for when the car was his. We bought some tape and stuck it on. Using the STi for lights, and the heater for warm windows. Turned out good. Need better pictures though, iphones suck.

RIP Atsushi Kuroi

If you follow up on anything drift or Japanese car related, you already know about Atsushi Kuroi's recent death. Risky Devil posted a link on Facebook to tribute tshirts and stickers to raise money for Kuroi's family and I thought it would be great to help out and get some cool stuff at the same time.

Just as I was heading back to work from lunch, my garage208.com calendar got in. Garage208 is a local forum that's just over a year old. Every month they select a new feature and they made a calendar for this year with all the features from last year. Three eeeezzzBRO's were featured last year and Curt is this month's current feature.

I get to work and put the calendar up right next to my computer. As I stare at it, I feel a vibrate. "Package from touge came." All of my excitement was diverted.
The black sticker was supposed to be the vertical sticker, but I'm not too worried about it. This one is just as cool.

Hellaflush S-Chassis' pt 1

As with any drift event, there were plenty of dope s-chassis'. They may be played out in the drift scene, but I still dig them. I own two, how can I not?

I remember hearing, "Man, everyone's taking pictures of your car," when I was taking this shot. It's one clean hatch. I wouldn't mind mine looking this clean, I should probably worry on getting it running first.

Makes me want a roof spoiler that much more. Speaking of which, if anybody wants to trade their s14 roof spoiler for my cf Origin, s13 coupe roof spoiler get at me.

If you've seen pictures from HF3.5, you've seen pictures of Miley Cyrus chilling in this one. I like how low the rear is. It looks much lower than most coupes from the rear. However, my horrible, out of focus pictures don't show that very well.
This thing looks ready to hit the track.

HF3.5 graffiti

I figured I should at least post twice a day. These stood out to me tonight because they're bright. These tasteful stickers and graffiti add color, style, and character.

He was coming back to Buttonwillow as I was leaving for lunch, this car is aggressive head on.

I should have given him some "eeeezzzzBRO" love for his bumper.

TFLN.

The pictures suck, but this car is pretty cool. Unique for IS's to say the least.

I was trying to make some eeeezzzBRO stickers before I left for my trip, but didn't get to it. I would have slapped one on.

S13 Vert at Hellaflush 3.5

Spoke with this guy briefly about his car, he's a pretty cool d00d.

Poking battles (I believe 17x9.5 +12) with overfenders. Looks dope. I may have slightly more stretch, but he has much better fitment.

My auto-focus sensor has been acting up and somehow it's affecting my manual focus. Which is odd, but I'm no camera guru.
